Well it seems that the first month of working with my new blogging schedule there is an extra Friday. So I have been racking my brain on what to write about. Well I have put it off again and again. That is until there was no putting it off any longer.

That’s right I have a tendency to be a procrastinator. According to The American Heritage Dictionary, 4^th edition.

Pro-cras-ti-nate – To put something, especially out of carelessness or laziness.

I am not sure if it is necessarily out of carelessness and/or laziness in my case. With the fact I have a job that requires extreme attention to detail, since someone’s life could rely on it. Then there is the laziness, I would say I am far from lazy. If I was lazy would I really work three different jobs.

So I would have to say that my procrastination is simple due from the fact that I am overly busy. Then when I have some free time which is really rare I just veg out. That is if I even relax. Often I am busy doing work around my apartment.

I am almost certain that I am not the only person who suffers from this affliction. My guess would be that almost everyone suffers from at least a mild case of procrastination. Hell some of the folks reading this right now might even be using this entry as a form of procrastination from work or another activity they should be doing.

I can already hear everyone saying “I don’t procrastinate.” Well I am sure there might be a few people out there in the world that really don’t procrastinate. As with anything there are rare Unicorns out there.
